I began my education in Holistic studies during April 1998, when I undertook a full time course in Body Massage. Wishing to increase my knowledge and abilities, I continued my studies with a range of courses over the following seven years, consolidating with No Hands® Bodywork (Massage and Reflex treatments). I have specialised in No Hands bodywork now, for more than five years. I offer the No Hands treatments at Queen Charlotte Street Osteopaths, (located off Queen Square) and I am also available to provide on-site Chair Massage at your workplace or other convenient premises.
