No Hands is an original and integrated approach for both Massage and Reflex bodywork and was inspired and developed by therapist Gerry Pyves over a period of 15 years. No Hands bodywork
differs from traditional classic Massage and Reflexology in that NH
practitioners’ employ the use of their forearms to help free both
the client's muscle tissue and body structure from tension, which is
often a
product of stress. It works, because instead of my hands, I use the soft surface (flexor muscles) of my forearm. When combined with the precise transfer of

The NO HANDS® Reflex treatment Reflexology has ancient origins, dating far back into human history. The acknowledged pioneer of Western based Reflexology was Eunice Ingham, whose painstaking research during the 1930's, did much to map the Foot and Hand Reflexes. The No Hands approach helps continue the
development of this therapy. Again, I avoid using my hands, as I
utilise
areas of my forearm in a careful, controlled way. This enables a
relaxing, deeper and more stimulating treatment to be experienced than
would be possible using my hands! Can be included with your therapeutic massage, this addition is a profound and gentle abdominal treatment that can help maintain and rejuvenate this important organ. The NO HANDS® Therapeutic Chair Massage As an alternative to the couch based Massage treatment, I can offer a No Hands Chair Massage.
It is an amazing way to receive a Massage treatment whilst remaining fully clothed! You sit on a specially designed chair and receive all of the benefits of massage in just a few minutes. Using my bodyweight, I can work deeply through your clothing, helping you to release tension and feel recharged and rejuvenated!
No Hands Chair Massage can be provided at any location; for example, I can attend your company premises and deliver No Hands Chair Massage to your staff, leaving them refreshed and relaxed; thereformore more motivated and productive!
Special 'Taster' Treatment Offer! May I suggest an initial one hour treatment at half of my regular clinic price, to enable you to experience my particular approach of therapeutic massage? (Special price of £17.50).NO HANDS® Therapeutic Massage/Reflex treatment prices: Treatment time is 1 hour (including consultation). For a single session, the fee is £35. Payment is due on booking. A course of 4 treatments is £120, a saving of £5 per session. As the benefits of regular treatments are accumulative, this allows time for the required changes to occur at a natural pace. The treatments are to be taken at 1 – 2 week intervals. The course can either be paid in full on the first visit, or you pay the full single session fee at each visit until the course fee is paid. NO HANDS® Chair Massage treatment prices: My treatment fee for a 20 minute session is £15.00 An extended session of 30 minutes is available for £20.00. There is no callout charge, but a minimum fee of £60.00 applies for each visit; I suggest a group of up to four people apply. For a corporate engagement, my hourly rate is
£40.00 (3
sessions per hour, as treatment turnaround is 20 minutes) with a
