"I discovered Roger Hounslow 3 years ago and purely by chance. I was desperate to find some form of well being from a hectic lifestyle and try to find some balance with a business, 2 young children and another on the way! My first meeting with Roger was instantly diffused with his 'calmness'. Roger introduced a series of treatments and eventually we both came to the conclusion the No Hands was by far the best.

No Hands, and Roger of course, has taught me to realise the importance of this unique treatment. It helps focus the mind, body and soul. Roger is a truly gifted man and a genius at what he does. Roger treats the whole family and we have also definitely seen serenity and stillness in our children. To be by their side and just share their moments of quiet is just such a special enlightening moment.

The music that Roger plays is so perfect and complements the treatment by taking you to a further level of tranquillity.
